Value for money near the center

Location is good, 20 min walking or 2 metro stations to the Baixa, where everything is very close. Nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious and bathroom was ok.

No fridge and rather old furniture. It was not so important for me, I came to the hotel to sleep)) No vegetables at the breakfast.

Very Good

Good hotel at the great location and with friendly staff. In generally liked everything there except two things: outdated bathroom and poor breakfasts. Wifi also worked well.

Imagine a bathroom with a very very old curtain. The curtain always tends to touch you during taking a shower. Looking at it, I could only think of those thousands of nude wet bodies it touched. The only warm food in the breakfast was an omelette or boiled eggs in different days. For this price they could offer a better choice. And the coffee taste was a bit... specific.

I liked that room was clean but shower is strange shaped so I didn't like it.

The room was too small and not really cozy beds.

Mixed feelings, overvalued

The location is good - close to Eduardo VII Park and the Avenida (but not in the immediate vicinity and lacking the views of the better hotels), close to the metro station. The hotel is clean, as far as it is possible to clean older facilities. The staff are good, do their job and are unobtrusive. The bathroom is large and comfortable, with a bathtub, something that even the much better hotels don't have these days. Safe that works (but too small for a laptop)

Poor value for money, otherwise the whole area is overpriced in my opinion. The room is poorly soundproofed to the corridor and averagely soundproofed to the outside (even on the 9th floor, with the windows closed, there is noise from the surrounding area, which fortunately is not there at night). The room has no fridge (the cupboard is empty), only two sockets and both are far from the bed. The furniture is old, aesthetically inferior but functional. The air conditioning is too loud, even on the lowest setting. Breakfast options are the most basic and even these dishes are low cost. The breakfast room is too small, cramped, cold and without a single window.

The hotel is in a convenient location and generally as expected and as advertised. We had a comfortable stay.

The facilities, while clean and in working order, is quite dated. You can tell all the furniture and renovations within the rooms was straight from the 70's or 80's and perhaps needs a refresh.

The hotel met my location preference. The stuff was very pleasant and professional.

The hotel's security facilities are outdated (room locking system and safe). I was OK with it for one night, but I would not stay longer.

Very good for a short city stay, for both leisure & business purposes

- Location is excellent, in the traditional central business district of Lisbon ; very good for tourists too. Street is quiet, but renovation works are currently hitting the nearby building, so noise starts at 08:00 for now. - The hotel is a decent, typical 1970s' style building. Nice marble everywhere, but outdated dark mahogany furniture/decor all over. That's Portugal' (retarded) urban architecture! The hotel is tall, over a small footprint: this is a real Boutique hotel far from the inhuman huge units often met in touristical areas. - Very fair breakfast buffet included in my booking.

- Room was fair, but lacking of power sockets (1 of the 2 available was not even functioning). Shall I have brought there a computer, what I did not this time, I would have needed a long cord extension to work at the desk. Not something acceptable nowadays: a surface cable & sockets unit shall descend from the TV stand suspended above. - Bathroom curtain is ugly and not practical, so is the fixed overhead shower head. People prefer a head installed on a flex hose.

Fair price, great location, nice staff - all and all kt was good.

It was a good value for money and they had a free parking, which was great. Stayed for 2 nights and the location as a starting point for the city exploration is great.

It feels like a trip back in time. Coffee in the breakfast was quite bad

The location was good, the staff was helpful. The room was basic but comfortable.

It was a pleasant experience.

Location is good and room was nice. Breakfast was on offer but since I had to catch an early morning bus I was unable to take breakfast.

Breakfast could have been offered a bit early or offered in a brown bag.

Nice hotel in a great part of the city!

Great hotel in a really nice neighbourhood. Close to metro station. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable with fantastic shower and excellent array of toiletries provided. Safe with key in room. Bed was fine. Lots of storage space.

Very minor things - the shower curtain constantly clings to you as your shower. The furniture is a bit dated and old (but still perfectly functional). I needed an iron to iron my shirts after having been in my suitcase but the hotel only provided a professional pressing service, at cost.

Everything was incredible and the staff were very helpful and kind! It was an excellent central location to everything!

The ac is very outdated and it didn’t really do much for the extreme heat but it didn’t ruin my stay, I had a very pleasant stay :)

Very Good

Facilities were adequate. Staff members were helpful and friendly. . Good location close to restaurants and coffee shops. Excellent hot water and bathtub.

Amenities were lacking. No refrigerator or microwave, no in room coffee makers.. there was a space that had at one time held a refrigerator but had been taken out. It was even labeled as such.
